Food types, recipees.
Medieval ones are preferred. Fantasy food and drinks are acceptable too.
You get extra candy if you post nutritional value too (just kidding).

HUNGER:
For human characters:
-Every second, your hunger-rate grows by 1. If your hunger-rate is below zero, you cannot eat, as your stomach is full.
-It takes 28800 seconds (8 hours) of not-eating for humans to get slightly hungry.
-It takes 57600 extra seconds (16 more hours) of not-eating to get hungry - in addition to the previous 28800 seconds (8 hours).
-It takes another 172800 seconds (2 full days) to be starving - in addition to the previous 86400 seconds (24 hours).
-It takes another 345600 seconds (4 days) to get emaciated - in addition to the previous 259200 seconds (3 days).
-It takes another 1209600 seconds (2 weeks) to starve to death - in addition to the previous 604800 seconds (1 week). That makes for a total 3 weeks of non-eating to starve to death.
For non-humans:
-Elves (Half-Elves, Dark Elves, Wood Elves, High Elves) need 95% as much as food as humans.
-Dwarves, Halflings, Gnomes and Lizardmen need 120% as much as food as humans.
-Orcs need 75% as much as food as humans.
THIRST:
For human characters:
-Every second, your thirst rate grows by one.
-It takes 10800 seconds (3 hours) of not-drinking for humans to get slightly thirsty.
-It takes 21600 extra seconds (6 more hours) of not-eating to get thirsty - in addition to the previous 10800  seconds (3 hours).
-It takes another 32400  seconds (9 hours) to be drying - in addition to the previous 32400 seconds (9 hours).
-It takes another 64800 seconds (18 hours) to get dehydrating - in addition to the previous 64800 seconds (18 hours).
-It takes another 129600 seconds (36 hours) to thirst to death - in addition to the previous 129600 seconds (36 hours). That makes for a total 3 days of non-drinking to thirst to death.
SLEEP:
For human characters:
-Every second, your sleepiness rating grows by 1. Being well-rested means having negative sleepiness rating.
-It takes at least 10800 seconds (3 hours) of sleep - in addition to all the sleep required to negate sleepiness - to be well-rested.
-It takes 57600 seconds (16 hours) of not-sleeping to
-It takes 3600 extra seconds (1 more hour) of not-sleeping to get sleepy while still in the normal range of sleepiness (sleeping simply reduces your sleepiness by the amount of time you sleep, without anything extra) - in addition to the previous 57600 seconds (16 hours).
-It takes 3600 extra seconds (1 more hour) to be sleepy within the abnormal range of sleepiness (sleeping in a bed automatically reduces your sleepiness to the maximum within normal range, then reduces it by the amount of time you sleep)- in addition to the previous 61200 seconds (6 hours).
-It takes another 21600 seconds (6 hours) to be drowsy- in addition to the previous 64800 seconds (18 hours). Drowsiness is an abnormal stage of sleepiness, so it automatically disappears once you sleep, no matter for how long.
-It takes another 86400 seconds (24 hours) to be sleep-deprived - in addition to the previous 86400 seconds (24 hours).
-It takes another 86400 seconds (24 hours) to be exhausted - in addition to the previous 172800 seconds (2 days).
-It takes another 86400 seconds (24 hours) to automatically fall asleep - in addition to the previous 259200 seconds (3 days). That makes for 345600 seconds (4 days) of not-sleeping to automatically fall asleep.
For non-humans:
-Elves (Half-Elves, Dark Elves, Wood Elves, High Elves) need 110% as much as sleep as humans.
-Orcs need 130% as much as sleep as humans.
DRUNKNESS:
-Currently a bottle of ale increases your drunkbess by 1080, beer increases by 2160, mead increases by 2880, cider increases by 3060, vine increases by 5185, Divinus (stronger vine) increases by 9505, Usquebaugh (whisky) increases by 17280
-Every second, your drunkness rating drops by 1 until it hits zero.
-It takes a drunkess rating of 4120 to get buzzy. It takes  around one and a half hour to sober out of that.
-It takes a drunkess rating of 8240 to get tipsy. It takes around 3 hours to sober out of that.
-It takes a drunkess rating of 12660 to get drunk. It takes around 4.5 hours to sober out of that.
-It takes a drunkess rating of 21300 to get totally wasted! You fall asleep and your drunkness meter automatically resets to zero.
For non-humans:
-Elves (Half-Elves, Dark Elves, Wood Elves, High Elves) have 110% as much as alcohol-resistance as humans
-Orcs and Lizardmen have 75% as much as alcohol-resistance as humans.
-Dwarves have 200% as much as alcohol-resistance as humans
-Gnomes have 150% as much as alcohol-resistance as humans.
-Halflings have 130% as much as alcohol resistance as humans.
